User responsibility

• Provide accurate profile and contact information.
• Verify deadlines, fees, eligibility and official notices from original sources.
• Use the platform lawfully and do not attempt to access another user’s account or data.
• Do not upload content that is false, harmful, infringing or irrelevant to the requested workflow.

Paid plans and gateways

Paid plan access, refunds, invoices, failed payments and gateway disputes are handled according to the plan structure shown in the app and the configured payment gateway process.

Platform changes

Features, datasets, test questions, plan benefits and user journeys may change as the product improves. Important operational changes should be communicated through the app, email or public pages where practical.
