Correction requests

• For profile correction: include your registered email ID and the field to be corrected.
• For college, course, scholarship or opportunity correction: include the record name, current visible value, suggested correction and official source link.
• For assessment or AI recommendation review: include the result area and why it appears inaccurate or inappropriate.

Deletion requests

• Use the registered email ID wherever possible so support can verify the account.
• Deletion may be subject to legal, transaction, security or audit-retention requirements.
• Support may ask for additional verification before acting on an account request.

What happens next

The support team records the request, reviews the information, and updates the user or admin queue where required. Urgent privacy or child-safety concerns should be clearly marked in the subject.
