Sensitive and student data

Assessment and education-profile data can be sensitive. CareerWiz uses it for guidance, support, safety, analytics and product improvement. CareerWiz does not sell assessment responses, student profiles or generated assessment reports, and does not use personality results as a measure of intelligence.

Sharing and processors

• Email/SMS gateways may process messages needed for OTP, password reset and support communication.
• Payment gateways process payment information according to their own gateway terms.
• Support/admin users may access records only for authorised operational purposes.
• Institution or partner visibility must be disclosed where it affects recommendations or sponsored placement.

Retention, withdrawal and deletion

• Account, assessment and transaction records are retained while the account is active and as required for support, security, audit, tax or legal obligations.
• Users may request correction, consent withdrawal or deletion review through support.
• Deletion requests are normally reviewed within 30 days unless additional verification, legal retention or security investigation is required.
• CareerWiz records the consent purpose, policy version, date and time wherever consent is captured in the registration flow.
